Workspace Group assists new and existing small businesses by creating affordable business accommodation for rent on flexible and user-friendly terms. They own and manage more than 100 business centres across London and in providing offices, studios and workshops to over 4,000 small businesses - 35% of whom are in the creative industries - Workspace Group has fostered thousands of creative companies since its inception in 1987. Many of its business centres are now creative hubs for both its small business customers and the surrounding area, such as Westbourne Studios and Canalot Studios in West London, the Light Box in Chiswick, and Faircharm Studios in Deptford.

The Urbantine Project's core values run parallel with what Workspace Group strives to offer its customers, the result of which helps emerging creatives to realise their potential and become successful in the booming and competitive London marketplace. This is undoubtedly a fantastic initiative of which Workspace Group is delighted to be the founding partner.

The Architects' Journal is the UK's leading independent architectural magazine, whose authoritative voice has informed generations of architects. Every week, subscribers benefit from the AJ's latest news coverage, comprehensive building studies, in-depth technical and practice features and incisive commentary. The AJ has been promoting good architecture since 1895 and is the UK's only 100% paid-for architectural weekly.
